But it is so annoying that they use photos of his car without permission, had this been any other country he could have sued them in court for misrepresenting and defamation by linking him to a case he's not involved in.


Also, as for the issue of the absolute fool who lets children drive his Ferrari, hope he never owns a supercar again. No respect for the law, or the machinery. Sad.

Forget law,forget the supercar,how can someone risk their own child's life(and others around) like that?No matter how much money a person has,common sense does not come with it.

Imagine if something happened to the kid(god forbid),even I had a major accident when I was fourteen,and that time I thought there's no better driver out there than me,and I paid the price, broken nose and fractured ribs.Though I learned my lesson in a hard way,I learned you have to respect the machine and its capabilities.

To the parent/s who let his/her son drive the car,I don't care whether you get punished or whatever just appreciate what you have,lovely children,blessed with financial freedom etc.Learn to respect lives of family members and their safety.

Read in newspaper that the owner has been issued a arrest warrant and has been booked under juvenile safety law

And I thought I was the luckiest kid in the world when I got a Transformer toy for my birthday! In all seriousness this is where all the lack of respect for law and property starts. Crazy parents should be asked to keep away from raising anything let alone kids!

They've added to their retirement fund.
Honestly, This angers me a lot. Wrong things like this happen all the time and it gets 'taken care of' but in the recent past when illegal activities get press converage, Mumbai Mirror for instance, the police are forced to deal with it but nothing of the sort has happened here still .

Today afternoon saw the red F430 with the same registration number i.e. 430 parked on the side on the western express highway right after the Andheri flyover north bound side. It was parked there unattended with people on the road clicking pictures with it. Seemed like it was abandoned by the owner after it broke down. Any one have any more info?
