IS exclusivity not something that people look for when they buy a car?
or are the range rovers so good that everyone's been buying it??

More than exclusivity, I think these stars have an image to attain and maintain. The Maybachs and Range Rovers are associated with the big stars (since most of them have one) so whoever who wish to be an A-lister buys one of these. I think it was the same logic with Landcruisers and Q7s too, back in the 2000s.
That being said, the Range Rover is indeed one of the most good looking, comfortable and luxurious SUVs in that segment.
Interesting to see Mr Bachchan taking delivery of a (soon) previous-gen W222 considering he also has a S500 and a S350d, right? Maybe he bought it after looking at the teaser shots of the W223.
