Haha, that could be a simple case of:

1) This being an office or a store room earlier and now a garrage (looking at other objects such as the washing machines around) and hence leaving the earlier fitted AC there - not really required anywhere else.
2) He needing the AC on when he might be tinkering around with this vehicles in spare time.

I was there too recently. Sunny is in Spiti to shoot a film which stars his son and the Range Rover is there for that purpose. I will not yet bracket him in the 10% quoted above.
