Nope, unless the driver in the City is a real pro.

The City 1.5 is not even close the Corolla's performance. Where the Corolla loses out on handling, it will surely make it up on the straights.

But the Vtec will bcoz there's absolutely nothing between them in terms of performance and we know the vtec can take turns at a better pace as well, so the Corolla really doesn't stand a chance on a race track.
