What the hell ! I got one during my zen days too about breaking some signal.

I went to the RTO with the summons as i did not know what would happen.

I asked him for proof, he did not have any and said i would have to pay the fine.

Its not about 100 or 200 bucks, its about principle.

I tore the summons in front of him and told him to do whatever he wanted.

Never heard from them again.
