Pramod,

All the best in your hunt for a new ride. Only suggestion will be to NEVER give your vehicle to anyone else to drive.

No one else will love your vehicle as you do. Cheers!

Thankfully you're ok Pramod. Sentimentality and the wallet probably dictate a rebuild, but from my experience, its probably better to junk this and get a used small car till Vitamin-M accumulates for a new car.
Reason for this: there are SO many little bits in the car that will be harmed/replaced when the body repairs are done. Electricals are the worst hit. Fit and finish are a close second, with problems such as door shutting, etc. Suspension also normally gets affected in any crash where the vehicle turns turtle.
These problems will be fixed by the dealer, but will never be the same. Trust me.

Kicking in a old thread with the latest news and all said the original title being apt for the occassion.

Quoted from TOI-

Fasten seat belt or pay 100 fine - Fasten seat belt or pay 100 fine - The Times of India

Beginning February, the Bangalore Traffic Police will strictly enforce a law that was in cold storage for long. Additional commissioner of police (Traffic) MA Saleem told TOI: "January will be a month of campaign to tell drivers and front-seat passengers to wear seat belts. From February, those violating the law will be fined Rs 100."
