Parking Sign Confusion

I went to railway station to drop my friend. I saw sign for Car parking/NO Parking next to each other.
And to add more confusion to this there was another warning sign for Bikes.

What to do in such situation?
Any suggestions...

looks like the no parking area is right in front of the stairs.
park it away from the stairs, i really doubt the car will get towed.

Does it mean no vehicle should be parked in front of the gate leading to the platforms? The sign's probably put there,so as to avoid vehicles being parked there causing a blockage.

I have no idea what it means though.
Can cars be parked on the right and bikes on the left.
Or will they tow them away if they park them there, like that or the opposite of.
I give up.

That hoarding is meant to be a puzzle for vehicle owners. Take your guess and park your vehicle and police can do anything since that hoarding has several meanings..LOL

haha..thats funny!I don't see the need to mention the two wheeler parking to one side, and the cars to the other- when nothing can be parked there! We sure have a bunch of brainy people working in the Govt facilities!
