This was in a toilet in a hotel. What I want to know is who is washing their legs in the commode.
Maybe there are Indian style toilets with a tap on the wall for water supply. Laborers normally use the tap water to wash their legs, hence the notice.

Maybe they meant not to wash your legs using the health faucet inside.
I recently saw someone wash their dirty feet in a wash basin inside a mall restroom:D
