Yes, that's what I think too. Plus the word "cooperative" also helps instill confidence. India is full of successful cooperatives - from Amul to ULCCS, there are thousands of various sizes doing very well and benefiting the community.

An absolute hair brained scheme. The government just needs to check status of 90% PSUs to see that it's a bad idea. Babus will kill the system from Day 1, forget what will unions do to customer satisfaction.

I guess this will be more of a private company than a government scheme. The players will be any of the two A's.
I am not 100% sure , but the cars will be EV and the charging contract will include Jio BP chargers or Adani chargers.
