My travails with KLAUS multi-stacker car parking

Hello Everybody, does anybody own/use the KLAUS SpaceVario CP61 multi-stacker car parking?
I would like to have your feedback & reviews regarding the same.

Mine was installed in 2017 by the builder & they managed to include the maintenance costs in the building maintenance agreement. Since most residents do not own/use one this has created an issue wherein we do not have a service agreement with the OEM due to high maintenance costs and as a result it keeps breaking down often.

The biggest issue is that 1 hydraulic pump services 6 units.

The dimensions of the CP61 are also not user friendly, especially for the top unit, width is only 230cm and payload 2 Tons & the vehicles need to parked front end inwards. This ingress/egress is restricted due to the pillar and very restricted opening of the front doors!
I do not know what vehicles were thought of while designing this!

I normally get in/out of the rear seat before taking the car out & after parking it...
The possibility of door scratches are very high otherwise.
Unfortunately a big frame (6'3") has its restrictions.

Below photos are indicative, the vehicle on top is a Suzuki Swift:

I used to park the car on top with front end facing out for easier ingress/egress but have stopped the practice now as the load is
uneven and it causes the upper frame outer end to tilt slightly.
Also this way it was much easier & quicker to park the car & take it out.

The lower car especially a big SUV can not be parked with front end
in as ingress/egress will be impossible.

Any and every idea to mitigate this problem is welcome!

Hey BlackBeard, not having support from the OEM is a big disadvantage in my opinion. To mitigate this issue, you can try getting the RWA and the OEM together on the discussion table once more. Since both have an equal stake in the matter; the RWA on ensuring the safety of property and residents, and the OEM in maintaining a positive product and company image, renewed discussions can and would help.

Conversely, if the above suggestion fails, then I'd recommend getting an independent surveyor to assess what can be done. In this instance, you can get hold of vendors who were given the tenders for maintaining high-volume parking for private and public institutions. For instance, in my city of Delhi, this company took the responsibility of managing the multi-level parking needs for close to 250 cars in Lajpat Nagar. They were awarded the tender by the South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC). I personally used the parking services and was mighty impressed. Moreover, they're based out of Mumbai as per Google.

Hope this helps!

re: My travails with KLAUS multi-stacker car parking

Thanks for the suggestions will try the aftermarket contractor.

I had contacted KLAUS India regarding this issue and even agreed for a separate AMC for only myself since I own both the upper and lower parking spots. They discouraged me as the hydraulic pump unit is common for 6 sets of lifts so that wont be covered unless all 6 or more owners agree (some lifts the upper & lower slots were sold to different owners). So, I discarded that idea.

Most residents who do not have the stacker don't want the contribution towards the AMC from the society funds and those who do, do not want to pay separately from their pockets for the AMC!

At present they are being "serviced" by a residents factory workers as & when required.
In case of breakdowns he sources the OEM spare parts from Klaus India and replaces them by these workers.
Once when they came I witnessed their "routine maintenance", fairly simple activity actually.

My gripe with Klaus India is that their design is poor especially for the top parking spot as the vehicle needs to be parked front end in and its very difficult for ingress/egress!
