Mine longest till date .
Bangalore to Vijayanagar in 20 hrs, some close 1200 + kms , don't remember the exact number.
Car- Ritz Vdi
Started @ around 4am in the morning and reached there @ around 00.30 am .
It was super fun.

Looks like we are not talking about the complete trip here but the single continuous drive. The longest I have done so far I guess should be 1160+ kms from Vapi to my place in Sarjapura road, Bangalore. I started around 12 noon from Vapi, wasted about 2.5-3 hours in Mumbai to cross the town and got home at around 7-7.30 in the morning next day, I slowed down a bit after witnessing a horrible accident and took too many breaks in the later part of the journey.

First time is was Baleno followed by Fiesta Tdci. Enjoyed it all through.

My longest non stop drive was a year back dec'11 from Mahabaleshwar to Sonipat, around 1836 KM(as per the odo). Started around 3PM and reached 6 PM next day, a 27 hours continuous drive(XUV)
The second longest one was from Goa to Udaipur (1400 KM), and the third one was from sonipat to Daman (1350KM). Both of these two were during my goa trip in Dec.2009. (Verna)

Longest roadtrip: Bangalore - Kumaon - back, 7000 kms overall

Longest drive: Bandhavgarh - Mumbai stretch (~ 1400kms) while coming back from the Kumaon trip.

Our longest drive in a day ( 24 hours ) - Bangalore to Bhedaghat, Jabalpur ( MP ), 1390 kms in October 2012. Starting from Bangalore at 11.00pm, we were in Hyderabad at 06.30 am, Nagpur at 3.00pm and Jabalpur at 11.15pm. Mentioning about the bad roads in MP, we were in Lakhnadon at 8.30pm - the last 85 kms took almost 3 hours.

Our longest non stop drive was from Bangalore to Rajkot, 1700 kms in October 2011. Bangalore 2.30pm, Mumbai 5am, Vadodara 5pm, Rajkot 9.30pm ( of course, with multiple power naps )


Our top 3 longest drives :

Bangalore - Mumbai - Dwaraka - Bhuj - Jaisalmer - Amritsar - Srinagar - Leh - Srinagar - Pathankot - New Delhi - Jhansi - Nagpur - Bangalore in October 2011, 9885 kms in 21 days.


Bangalore - GQ circuit - Bangalore in October 2010, 7215 kms in 13 days.


Bangalore - Jabalpur - Varanasi - Gaya - Purnea - Siliguri - Darjeeling - Pelling - Gangtok - Kolkata - Vizag - Tirupati - Bangalore in October 2012, 6050 kms in 15 days.

Longest Road Trip :
Golden Quadrilateral circuit starting from Bangalore - ~6200 Kms

Longest Drive (single driver):
Mehsana- Palanpur-Abu Road-Udaipur-Jaipur-Gurgaon-Delhi-Agra-Kanpur-Varanasi - 1750 kms in 31 hours.

We started form Mehsana around 11:30am and were in Varanasi next evening at 6:30pm. This was never planned and it just happened due to various reasons during the GQ Drive.

Note:Mehsana-Abu Road doesn't fall in the GQ but we wanted to take this route for fun.

All of these above drives were done in my WagonR that has now clocked 186,000 kms!

Our longest drive was in dec 2011.

Started from Coimbatore - Bangalore - goa - Pune - ankleshwar - Jaipur - Agra - Allahabad - dhanbad - Bhubaneswar - vizag - chennai - end in Coimbatore.
Took slightly over 15 days

Distance of around 6900 km.

Car: ford figo tdci

Drivers: 2 nos.

End was a new found respect for my figo.

The longest drive We did (in terms of time,effort & enjoyment) was in 2008 Diwali. Self driving & wife acting as navigator.

Pune - Karwar nonstop. The drive through Kali river valley was the highlight of this stretch.
Karvar to Udipi via Gokarna Murdeshwar Kollur & Marvantha Beach.
Udipi - Shringeri-Kuderumukh-Hornadu-Mangalore. One of the most scenic drives I have done. Went past Samurai's famous test points in Agumbe ghat!!.
Mangalore-Dharmasthala-Kuke Subramaniam-Madkeri.
Madkeri-Yellapur with a lot of off the track places thrown in.(Longest drive 5.30am to 10.30 pm!)
Yellapur-Gokak-Pune.

Total distance was a shade over 2800 kms. But it was a total hoot. Car was Santro AT.

The route : Bhilai (CG)- Raipur- Sambalpur- NH42 : Cuttack- Kharagpur- Howrah- Durgapur (WB).
Distance : 1152 KM.
Time Taken : 23.24 Hours.
FE : 17.3KMPL.
Average Speed : 49KMPH.
