Cool-cab invoices if booked via Ola app?

Just want to check Mumbai folks if you have ever booked cool cab (or even yellow taxi) via Ola App?

I have traveled twice, and both the times Ola is refusing to send me the invoice for entire amount. e.g. one trip's charges were Rs 411. Out of which Rs 11 was Ola's convenience fees (and presumably Rs 400 was Cool cab tariff).

I have raised complaint with Ola support, but they are sending invoice of Rs11 (convenience fee) only. They are simply avoiding any response regarding the complete amount.

Is there something fishy happening? I am unable to get how to escalate the complaint (any other email IDs?).
Do we have something like pgportal which will work here?

Additionally, I find that I am unable to get any details regarding these two trips in Ola App. What it shows (only for the cool-cab trips):

I have been such a Uber guy that I have rarely used Ola and never used Kaali-Peeli (black n yellow) cabs in Mumbai. Hopefully, someone else on the forum will be able to answer.

I found an old tweet though. The official Ola Support twitter handle confirms they are unable to generate invoice for the cool cabs/Kaali Peeli. This one is from Jan 2020.

Twitter experience has been useless.

After several chase-ups and complain in a Govt portal (www.consumerhelpline.gov.in): Got an email response from Ola that they lack the capabilities of generating invoice on behalf of Cool Cab and Kaali Peeli. They have noted my concern and will try to address it in future.



Post booking, the rider ought to check with the driver to determine whether he will get the bill.

And thanks to denzdm, we see that there has been no progress at Ola in the past 2 years (exact same problem as mine is raised there)
