If I'm seated, then I tend to get motion sick if I'm reading or looking at my phone for more than an hour. I tend to look outside the window - that's why I always prefer window seats in buses.

As long as I'm looking outside, I tend not to get motion sick. If I close my eyes and put on headphones, I'm usually fine. Especially if the roads are good and I can doze off.
