Max distance covered in 24 hrs

1300 Kms -
Did Madurai - Pune in around 20 hours. Started at around 5 AM from Madurai but stopped after the first Toll and slept for 2 hours in the car as was feeling very sleepy. Thereon, took 2 breaks till Bangalore and from Bangalore took 2 more breaks and finally reached Pune at around 1AM,could have been an hour earlier but got stuck in the traffic at the Toll Booths before Pune.

OT--The roads down south are pretty awesome that's why one can cover such long distances in good time.
Up North I was used to covering Delhi-Meerut which is just 80 kms in 4 hours...

I have done many round trips between Bangalore and Chennai in a single day. That makes 750 to 780 KMS in one day.

1465 kms in less than 19 hrs, straight drive from Kolkata to Delhi. Left Kolkata at 4am, reached Delhi around 10.30pm. 2 stops, one for lunch and the other was on Yamuna Express way as there was a hold up due to some accident.

1206 kms in 19 hours via AH-1 from Ranchi to New Delhi. Started at 5 Am in the morning and finished at 12.30 in night. That too at a time when there was no allahabad by-pass. Had to navigate thru the entire city on a working day. This was covered in my Maruti 800 with me and a driver and the entire car was loaded like a truck.

Second time from Gaya to New Delhi-1033 Kms+42 kms into the district. Started at 6.30 AM in the morning and finished at 3 AM in the morning. Took numerous breaks in between. Could not drive non-stop or at a higher speed coz was having 3 generations in my hatchback(Ritz VDI). My father & my mother, my wife & self, and my little angel.

Forgot to add the day trip from Manchester, CT to Montreal, Canada (335 miles one way and about 6 hours commute that includes time at the border crossing) and back in the summer of 2003.
It was fun going there and attending a Jazz festival. Left right back after having lunch since I had my doggy back at home and wife was also full term pregnant with our second child.

This was in 2012, from our road trip from Pune - Kanpur and back.

Left pune at 9pm in our i10, reached Jabalpur next evening at 5pm, total distance 1050kms approx in 20hrs.

Katra MVD to Delhi around 680+ kilometers
I have done this twice:

First time we started at 9am and reached home at 11pm
Second time we started at 8am and reached home at 10pm

While going the other way I went from Delhi to Jammu and stayed in hotel because I was in no mood of hill driving after driving the entire day and by the time we reached jammu sun was set.

Not sure if this would qualify, but I drove from Austin, TX, to Chattanooga, TN - a distance of 1560km - in about 15 hours.

1)Jaisalmer to Anand in Gujarat travelled in a little over 12 hours.

Approx. 800 kms. Maruti Zen-MPFI.

2) Murud to Anand- Maruti Wagon R CNG- Approx. 750 kms in 11 hrs.

1. Delhi to Srinagar( 1000 kms approx), J&K on TBTS in about 17 hours.
Delhi Start: 0300 hrs, Srinagar Arrival : 1800 hrs
Srinagar Start : 1500 hrs, Delhi Arrival : 0800 hrs

2. Delhi Patna ( approx 1000 kms) on Yamaha Gladiator in about 18 hrs.
Delhi Start: 2300 hrs, Patna Arrival : 1700 hrs
Patna Start : 1500 hrs, Delhi Arrival : 0900 hrs

3. Delhi Patna by Honda Brio in 14 hours.
Patna Start : 2200 hrs, Delhi Arrival : 1200 hrs

4. Bengdubi (Siliguri) - Delhi (1200 kms approx) by Suzuki Alto in 24 hours.
Bengdubi Start : 0700 hrs, Delhi Arrival : 0700 hrs

Left Indiranagar at 4AM and reached about 1ish

Mysore - Hyderabad ~ 760-800 km in a driving time of 13 hour's including breaks.

Starting time - 330pm , reached Bengaluru ORR at about 730-8 and then Hyderabad at about 430 am

Started at 12 am from Hyderabad and reached Bhubaneswar 5 pm.
Driving time 14.5 hours.
