Further, will the annual count, factor the spent by both of us or each of will have to spend 12.5 lakhs etc.?
With HDFC add-on cards, your wife's card will be Primary card & your's will be secondary card.

Usage on both cards will be counted against Primary card.

However, unlike other add-on cards HDFC add-on cards have same number as primary card and OTP for all purchase will only come in the number registered with primary card. So you may have to seek OTP every time from your wife or vice versa.

I have the non-metal infinia with an add-on card for my wife. A single statement is generated which includes transactions of both primary and add-on cards. Both cards are treated as a single account for all purposes like statements, reward points, spend targets etc

You will get one bill, with the payable amount combined for spends by primary and add-on cards. Thankfully, since a few months, HDFC has started displaying charges by card, so you now know itemized spends per card (primary, first add-on, second add-on and so on) every billing cycle.

And yes, the annual spends of 12.5 lakhs will be for primary + add-on combined.

Axis Concierge Services booking

Axis Concierge Services booking related : What am I doing wrong here ? Why won't this move ahead ? The only option I see is departure and I've selected it.

If you are booking meet and greet service, I think they have stopped it at Bengaluru airport. You may call Axis and confirm.

Re: The Credit Card Thread

I was in the process of canceling Magnus and registered the request, as my card anniversary falls on January 17th. I received a callback from the backend team with an offer to waive the annual fee if I cross 12L per year in transactions. I am now just a few thousand short of this milestone and have crossed it. Now, I'm keeping my fingers crossed as the instructions were to call back and request the reversal of the annual fee.

That's strange. The spend based fee waiver was increased to 25 lakhs recently.

Re: The Credit Card Thread

Recently my relative flew from Bengaluru T2 and was unable to use the lounge. The staff informed that currently only Infinia cards have been enabled for lounge access and even priority pass doesn't work. They also informed that they are in process of adding more cards, but as of now only HDFC Infinia cards will work. Does anyone know if this is correct?

Not true, my wife used her Regalia Gold card in December and my Axis Atlas card was also allowed in T2 lounge.

Re: The Credit Card Thread

Has anyone used Axis Flipkart and/or Axis Airtel card for lounge access in Bangalore T1? Axis website says TFS lounge but last month while travelling didn’t notice any lounge with that name. Is it the 080 lounge next to smoking room in T1?

Have never used these cards for lounge access, so would be my first time. How's the acceptance?

After coming back to India, contacted my RM regarding my Magnus card. Applied for the Magnus Burgundy and recieved it within two days.

Now it's LTF, and the redemption rate is now 5:4.
All previously earned points are also 5:4.
Also got a new priority pass, which is good as I had used up the eight guest entries for the year in the previous pass.

Would really have preferred the Infinia or AMEX , but as Axis is the only bank which will issue a credit card to me , Magnus it is for now.( As a sailor/NRI all other banks refuse credit cards, Axis gives as have a longstanding relationship with them)

Enjoy the best of Magnus Burgundy life!
If your hotel stays are paid by you and company reimburses later, you can apply for Axis Atlas as well. You will get 10 Airmiles per ₹100 spent! Do check if spending 15Lakhs in a year makes sense for you.

I had similar experience with Axis Flipkart card where I did not meet the annual spend limit but got an assurance from CC team that fee will be reversed if I choose to continue the card. I called them up again after paying the annual fee and they reversed it in around 2 working days. Hope the process remains same.

Re: The Credit Card Thread

Anyone has any idea as to which card is accepted in T2 Bangalore 080 lounge of international departures. None of my cards were accepted. Tried cards ranging from plat charge to hdfc commercial card and even icici range of cards. None of them seem to be accepted.

Used Citi Premier Miles recently.
HDFC Infinia and Regalia Gold also seem to work.
Priority Pass not accepted.
