I came across this thread today. It made me sad when I saw this thread.
trrk and I have done MBBS from same college just 30 years apart.
I longed to discuss with him about his college days and what was it like those days.

His memories will always be with us in form of his posts, thoughts.

One of the most humble and down to earth person that I have ever interacted with.I was in Alleppey for a couple of years during my high school days. When I had an opportunity to email Dr TRRK on a few queries about the Manza,he went out of his way to search for all the details and send it to me in a presentable format.
The man knew how to make new friends.

RIP

Thanks Jose for reminding us about the first death anniversary of Dr. T.R.R.K. We sorely miss him here on TBHP as well as on the other forum TIUG. He had cordially invited me to Aleppy whenever I made my plan to visit Kerala. I too was looking forward to meet him. Alas that wish of meeting him would never be fulfilled.

Rightly said. I have never met him but I read about how he never used to use his car horn while driving. This made an impression so that over then last one year I have cut down on honking a lot which improved my driving too.

Drive on,
Shibu.

Trrk used to recount an instance when he was returning home from a long trip. The only time he was forced to use the horn was when he had to honk to get his watchman to open the house gate.

With fond remembrances,
Raja.

To live in the hearts we leave behind is not to die.

It's been 2 years since this great man has left us.

His memory lives on. I keep referring to him - his helpfulness & the unfortunate medical accident - now and then, the last some few days ago.

Re: TRRK - Dr.T.R.Rajesh Kumar - Obituary

We constantly talk about him and the help he rendered when we met him during our long south india road trip. He had very kindly arranged for a boat cruise around the back waters with special directions to the crew. Great noble soul and a true bhpian indeed.
