What about the rules ? Don't the runs scored by a batsman on a no-ball count in the 50 over game ? Then what kind of a fuddled logic is applied when a team needs a run and if it's a no-ball the game's over without counting the runs scored of the bat !

Amazing - I think ICC better re-think a few rules asap.

And for a change, I like BCCI's attitude - they won't pursue the matter after the apology has been delivered.

Its a black mark on Sri Lankan Cricket. I wonder how they will wipe this mark. Banning Randiv is just the start.

And, how did this piece miss this forum? Bradman best, Sehwag greater than Sachin: Study
Two economists - Vani K Borooah, and John E Mangan - published their research paper titled “The Bradman Class: An Exploration of Some Issues in the Evaluation of Batsmen for Test Matches, 1877-2006”. Sehwag is the only Indian in Top 10 !! Truly a proud moment for our country !!!

Australians are here on Indian shores and they play Presidents XI today. Will Sehwag score one more (triple century) and match Bradman?

If Ishant was involved in spot fixing, he would have made a lot of money yesterday

Moment is here again, Sehwag on strike !!

Umpiring has been very bad in this match. Hope it doesn't affect India getting 216.

The umpires already made a blunder in the chase by giving Gambhir out when it was clear inside edge.

Interestingly poised. Looks like Dravid and Sehwag will have to use all their expertise to ward off this spell of hostile bowling, and may I add, umpiring.

There is very little chance for India to win from the current position of 55/4.
They need rain for 2 sessions to at least look for a draw. Else loosing this match to Aussies looks imminent.

Ohh India will win easily. Zak will score a half century and India will win with 4 wickets in hand. And that too before tea

Hope what I said above comes true.

We may still be able to come up with a win if Tendulkar sticks in and both Dhoni and Bajji can rally around him although it does seem a tough ask from here !

Well we still have one recognised batsman to come (Dhoni), and a master is already at the crease. If only laxman's back gets ok, then we do have a match. Anything can happen in the game.

Only thing that we need to ensure is to keep scoring runs, not just keeping wickets.

Tendulkar out for 38.
India 119/6, still 97 runs to win. Looks like a daunting task.

Pressure got him ! Yet another chance missed for Tendulkar to prove that he is a test-match winner.
