The beauty ( ) of AADHAAR is that it isn't - unlike an EPIC or PAN - a solitary - once only issued - physical card. It is downloadable and printable n number of times. As it is, majority of AADHAAR users have it in the form of a laminated card, sometimes in its original long form and mostly in a portable, wallet friendly avataar - akin to a DL/credit card.
There's no doubt the dogilocker version is better. But in the instant case, looking at the traveller in question, I would any day prefer a physical AADHAAR . |
