Sorry for asking a question in this thread, I have some pictures I want to post. But they are all in 3 to 4 mb sizes because they were clicked in 'fine' quality in the camera. How do i resize that so that it meets the team-bhp size limitations ?

If you are using Windows XP then just download XP powertoy.

You can use Picasa to resize a collection of photos in one shot by exporting it.
