1. See if Opera for mobiles is available for your phone. It is the best browser for small screen devices that i have used. (30day trial, if it works well it might be worth purchasing)
....
3. Try making some free space on your phone. It might be running out of memory.
yeah!, installed opera mini 4. Now my problem is solved. Though I didnt like the viewing in opera mini compared to phone inbuilt browser but what to do. Something is better than nothing.

My phone memory is 96% free. ( I am using only 1MB of 25MB in my phone)

As GTO mentioned, there is no way you can change your ID.

If what you meant was signing in with a new ID, in that case you could backup your PMs from the old account (there are some options to do that at the bottom of the inbox), however you probably wont be able to re-upload them to the new account... sorry!

Oh? hmmm
You do know that opera has 2 page rendering modes right? One which it reformats the page for your small screen and one where you have to pan a lot. Try switching between these two...?

foru wheel drive

Would you consider a forum just for four wheel drive and/or off-road vehicles?

Let me say I really like the way you guys are handling this site and the way you keep close watch over the posts. I own a Ford diesel F350 4x4 back in the U.S. and there is a big site for it you might want to take a look at if you have not already. The site is not moderated so closely and there is a lot of mindless polemics and flaming rhetoric and opinion rather than facts. You guys compare quite favorably IMHO.

Fantastic suggestion! Instead of a different forum, we could probably have a dedicated forum section for 4x4. We are currently discussing this within the mod team.

Thanks

If possible,
Instead of the words -- "View My Photo Gallery" below the avatar.

Can we have more apt words like....

"View My Rides"
OR
"View My Garage"
OR
"My BHP Garage"

<<<<<<----- I am talking about this...!

Is there any way to improve the speed of newbie post approval?

Sometimes i had to wait for hours to see my posts in the forum, but by that time everyone will be discussing somethings else and my query goes un-answered.

Is there any way to check or change the posted message to a available moderator?

Great suggestion, Salil. Thanks. I have made a note of it and it will be completed at the next upgrade (expected soon).

This itself is classic example, Hadn't GTO mentioned 'salil' in his reply, it would have meant as reply to ford_madhan !!

Mods, please do something for Newbie posts, it has been raised multiple times. At least if they appear as latest post after moderation, it will be more than sufficient.

I know that. I second opinion about delay in newbie posts appearing in sites.

What I said was: Hadn't GTO mentioned 'salil' in the reply, it would have meant to be reply to ford_madhan's post since madhan's post appeared with delay as a post before GTO's reply.

This is common issue being faced by all newbies.

looks like most of the moderators are available after 6PM. As the posts appear slightly faster.

Just my opinion here. Instead of preventing newbie's from posting directly,
they can be allowed to post directly with close monitoring. If the moderator's feel like somebody is doing mistake often, they can be subjected to moderators supervision. Like how the users are banned after few warnings.

Can this be considered as an option. This will make life easy for newbie's as well.

When we search for all posts of a particular user, the results what we get is different from the results we get when we click on a users name beside his post, and select Find More Posts by xxxxx. ( I hope I was able to put in what I really mean in this long sentence) In fact I have always found the second one more useful as it displays from the last post backwards. Cant we make both these results the same?
