Hey, there was still some server work pending, which we'd scheduled to run when the site was running a little low (after midnight IST). You shouldn't experience any issues now.

I don't know how many of us look for attachments only. No ready hack on vbull either. For the time being, you can look out for the "paperclip" (

hey guys,

when ever i click on the classifieds, the moment the page loads up, am not logged in anymore, and even if i log back in, the moment i check another classifed or refresh the page, am again not logged in. is this normal? happens only in the classified section with me.

Delete you cookies and it will be fine

I need predictive subscription feature (isn't that an awesome name

).

The ability to "Subscribe to any future threads having words 'abc' and 'xyz'".

For example, I want to subscribe to all the future threads which has "Fiat" and "Launch" words in the contents of the thread. So that as soon as somebody creates a thread with words "Fiat" and "Launch" in it, I get an email alert.

Not sure if I am asking too much

Hi, I have created a thread "Europe photo album", where I am going to put lot of Europe images. But at some point the page gets heavier due to lot of images, Can we have something like "Page break", The user who started the thread can have rights to create a page break, so that next posts should move to the new page.

Team BHP is today the Mecca of many a car enthusiast in India and abroad and quite a few of them don't just love cars, but, love to drive them too, and that too over considerable distances. And to do that, they need to travel over roads!

Now, that is the part that this post is really about. This forum has a lot of information on roads in various parts of the country, but, presently, they are not arranged in any particular fashion, since the information provided depends on the writer of the post. His/her individual wants/likes/dislikes/experiences/ even personality I guess. So, this makes the process of gleaning useful information on the road condition and drivability a pretty arduous task.
What I would like to suggest is that, the reports on road condition could be arranged in a particular specified format which would not only allow the viewers to get to the relevant information with ease but would also serve as a one stop guide to making travel plans from one destination to another. Over a period of time, we could build up a database on the roads across the length and breath of the country and continually update the same from inputs of our members.
This post is only to get a feeler as to what others think about the idea, and, if people and the moderators deem fit, we could start to work on the parameters that we would like to include in the "road review" section.
Looking forward on your inputs..

Would like the current/live topic/events to be displayed as a ticker on the home page and the link can be given to the subsequent forum. For e.g Mitsubish Cedia TGDC is open for voting till 17th July. This can be displayed as ticker on home page and it will also helo gain attention . The participants may benefit from it.
Just a suggestion. I really felt it should be visible straightaway on the website.

Not sure whether this has been raised before. Whenever I log in, BHP Black is the default skin & every time I need to get it changed to my favorite skin (blue). Is it possible to retain the last skin used?

Not an high priority or show stopper issue, but if that could be done with a simple change, its preferable

About the stickers, could you perhaps add 2-4 more small w*w.team-bhp.com stickers or just make a seperate set of 6-10 plain team-bhp stickers?

Guys, I am sorry for breaking the protocol, but one of the Ads on the site with a bog "PLAY" button is almost a porn type ad. Not suitable to be on screen in office and home.

Can something be done quick ?
