Talking about Casios, i Picked up a G-9300 Mudman 3 months ago and its given me problems since day one. Gone are the days where G-shock used to last years without any problem!!

There are actually quite a lot of Allwyn [mechanical] automatics floating around out there, though I never bought any I saw (a friend got a couple of them in Patna). A few of my Seikos have borrowed components - incl. the Allwyn-marked self-winder weights - from those identical movements.

HMT with NATO strap looks stunning, I wish they introduce this combination and market the watches properly.

The govt. has planned to shut down HMT's watches division among a few other PSUs. Read it in the news a few days back. Better grab them before the stocks run out.

Didn't know they have this black dial. Must be a later addition. Mine was bought all most 5 years ago.
Luminous markings are the brightest I've seen. Image below I've posted before.

Till date I have searched a lot, but never found an all black with a metallic strap in the slim category and with a perennial power source (a La Eco drive).

My latest acquisition. A Dusshera gift! Meant to be used as daily office wear

Had enough of the bulkier chronographs, hence opted for a clean, understated design, which at the same time is very slim and light on the wrist, for all day wearability in business meetings.
