Just curious to find North Star building mentioned in this project. Is it the same WTC?

Yes, Northstar is now WTC.

That's not true, I have my office on the 22nd Floor.

Welcome to my wing . The lighting in the entire enclave is well done.

But traffic is going to be mega problem once the mall opens fully with the Big Bazaar also nearby.
The entire enclave is supposed to be non smoking. Thankfully the traffic is manageable so far. Fingers crossed but once PVR is operational with its 11 screens, it will be a nightmare.

My sister stays there and I visit quite often since I too stay close by. Have seen a few cars parked in the basements that do sport the TBHP stickers, so I assume there are a few more who do

Any reviews on it to a prospective tenant/owner?

I've heard only good things about it, for the most part, but then again its mainly from the Orion mall visitors and non residents with no next of kin residents.

I think the Pro's are well known. (Location, Security, Views, amenities, known builder, friendly atmosphere with various regular activities/ functions, etc.)

But as a forced sceptic in this case, I'm more interested in the Cons.

I'm keen to know about the build quality given its a 10+ year old building.
Are some blocks better than the others.

I've heard the traffic is a nuisance, especially in the evenings and on weekends.
In connection to the above point, increased noise and air pollution is an issue and some claim that it doesn't feel like home with all the hustle bustle.

I hear it's difficult/ expensive to get outside help/cooks there and the lifts are often problematic.

Also curious on the residents demographic, are they generally elder or a younger population. Single's, Couples of more of families.

Most of these 'cons' can be overseen looking at the overall offering but looking to hear more on this.

Will self answer these as a resident here over the past month,
for those that may be in my position in the future.

Apart from water seepage issues after rains, the build quality is generally good.
The creaking wood floors can be a nuisance but are an easy fix.
The buildings and surroundings have been well maintained.

Traffic & noise/ air pollution is a non issue.
Non resident cars/ Auto's are only allowed up to a certain point, only to the Manipal hospital, Orion Mall & WTC. So there's almost no traffic near the residential complex. What a pleasant surprise this was as you're completely sealed off from the typical hustle and bustle of Bangalore.
The only unexpected sources of noise are from the neighbors partying at odd hours on the weekends and trains passing from behind the complex, the latter being more pleasant and nostalgic then the former.

Maid's are plenty and easily available for a reasonable rate.
Have no complaints regarding the Lifts either.
There is a grocery set within the complex that delivers to your doorstep and If that does not suffice, you can always pay Namdhari's @ Orion Mall a visit.

The staff and security are generally warm and helpful apart from the rare obtuse cases.

There are a lot of events and activities going on within the community. Currently the place is decorated for the festival season. Pics Attached

In summary, it's a great place to live in...so far.
