Watched " The descendants" this weekend. Awesome movie with subtle , yet superlative performance from George Clooney. Rating4.5 out of 5 stars. A must watch:thumbs up

Saw 50/50 - thought one of the best movie's that I have seen off-late.

Excellent performance and good screenplay - a bit slow; nice story line!

Personally think it deserved an OSCAR!

Do watch it!

Saw Ghost Rider 2 last night. Now, this one IMO doesnt do justice to the 1st one at all. Not that the 1st one was Academy Award worthy, but this one is a complete let down.

In some parts, the graphics are better, but then my major grouse is - why realese movies in 3D for no rhyme or reason? This one certainly didnt need to be in 3D.

Watch it if you have absolutely nothing to do.

My ratings: 3/5 (Minus 1 point for leaving out Eva Mendes outta this sequel :D).

Watched The Rum Diary last night. Usually like reading the book before the movie but this time, watched the movie first because of the Depp. Thought it conveyed Thompson's writing pretty well though could have been a little more tightly made. Depp acted well - as usual.

Good movie - worth a watch

one thing i like about Frederick Forsyth is the amount of research that he does for his novels. the amount of detail in The Fist of God is mind boggling!

^ looked like i goofed up again (thanks mayankk) :D i meant to say The Sigma Protocol, not The Fourth Protocol. i remember both The Day of the Jackal and The Sigma Protocol have kind of similar coloured paperback editions :D

btw, has The Sigma Protocol been made into a movie? i know The Fourth Protocol has (Pierce Brosnan).

Puss in Boots

Awesome animated movie. A must watch for animation lovers. Nice, fast paced story with loads of fantasy thrown in, good voice overs by Bandera and Hayek.

Seeking Justice

Honestly, i was skeptical when i started watching this. I was not too excited and didn't expect much but it did surprised me. It is a good thriller. The acting is spot on by Cage and Guy Pearce. Odd combination for sure but works. Its a little fast paced and confusing so one has to be constantly be aware of what's going on. The screenplay is very good but it is bad too. The bad is its ending. Its very tame. It makes you say that this would have been a great, awesome movie instead it ends up being a good movie which is a one time watch. A good recommendation if nothing else to do.

Girl with the Dragon Tattoo ---Good Suspense Thriller. Parental Control Required.

Awaiting for Part 2 & 3...Scheduled for later this year & early next year. Have the original Swedish version , but unfortunately no Subtitles.

I liked it so much that its just beyond any rating. The storyline is quite simple, but also different from anything you'd have seen so far. +1 to this. Also in the movie, they are playing Cole Poter's Lets do it. Lovely song. The rendition is clearer than the original (obviously because the original being recorded in 1928) and soothing.

It is the only movie while watching which I was forced to use an Android tablet to google/wiki every name as Owen wilson kept meeting them. A great concept for a movie.

The movie was not that good. Have never seen Ben Stiller not goof up in any movie, this was the first.
