Recently watched Pan's Labrynth, loved this movie. It's in Spanish though and even the audio was not HD the Dolby itself sounded quite good. A must watch.

Nice stuff lined up. all the best. will add to the list shortly.
I also have a Sony 5.1 HT. It has just 720W RMS and is 4 years old. Does the job though. A very good system for its price.

Pan's Labyrinth is an awesome movie, although it might be a bit violent for some. It's like a piece of art. I have lost count of how many times i have watched this movie.

Caught up with Mr.Brooks in ZeeStudio yesterday night and absolutely loved it. The movie seemed far too stretched at certain places, but Kevin's acting makes up for it.

Killers: Ashton Kutcher, Katherine Heigl

I had zero expectations when i watched this movie. But it turned out to be quite an entertaining affair.

The story is nothing to write home about but it never slows, its fast. It has doses of fun moments and action too. The action is comedy violence basically.

I can't see kutcher as a spy though, somebody like Gerard Butler would have been great, but he already teamed up with Heigl before in Ugly Truth which was awesome. Girls gonna go ohlala on seeing him topless. He is the Salman Khan of Hollywood
Heigl is one of my fav actress. She looks beautiful, has great comedy timing and is a good actress.

Overall, its funny, at time ridiculous, light-heart action film.

A good DVD caper

3.5/5

Next in line: Eyeborgs and Clash of Titans.

Saw "The Ladykillers" (*ing Tom Hanks; Dir: Coen brothers). a little slow at the begining but i liked the way the story is put together. cant reveal the storyline since the treatment is a surprise. but typical Coen!
3.5/5

Also saw "Battle of Britain". (Michael Caine in a blink and you miss role). too many people in the cast but seemed to me the director didnt know what to do with them. not sure if it had a storyline. they should have gone about the way "Bridge too Far" was put together.
2/5 (2 just for the effort of making the movie)

Caught these 2 movies inflight:

Invictus - Nice one featuring Morgan Freeman an Matt Damon.

Clash of the titans - Kids would like it better. Nice graphics and all that - but nothing serious whatsoever. Add to that Liam Neeson's total ham acting as Zeus!

+1 for this movie. I was simply speechless after watching this movie. Didn't have a clue about the story before watching it and was hooked from the first scene. May not be to everyone's tastes though and some might find it a bit shocking.

Watched a couple of movies over the weekend :-

Prestige Starring Hugh Jackman and Christian Bale

It's the story of two magicians fighting to reign supreme. Wonderful movie and shows the background of how much preparation a magician goes through before putting up the "seemingly" easy looking magic tricks.

Great watch

4/5

Kill me Again starring Val Kilmer and Michael Madsen

It's a story of money & deceit and a little more money and some more deceit. Looks like a story lifted straight out of a Jamesh Hadley Chase novel.

Movie has a B-grade feel to it which is surprising considering the actors in it. But, a decent time pass thriller.

3/5

I agree with your opinion of the movie though. Infact, I like all of Christopher Nolan's movies and am eagerly awaiting for "Inception" to be released here.
