Came across this Santro with the sticker International Sports Person on the number plate. Is it allowed on the license plate even if the owner is so? I don't know.

I checked the mvd site. Never heard that name in any sports or games.

Absolutely NO. The number plates need to be as clear as possible but I have come across number plates with Police titles, Army titles and media (especially AAJ TAK) around Delhi/NCR. It is to tell everyone that you are someone, which you don't need to do, if you are!
