Both were quite good and couldnt takeaway for mom as the guy on counter said it will melt within 10 minutes. Is that true?

Yes. In-laws very close - near Satya Sai Nigamagamam (< 10 minutes normally, around 10 minutes during busy hours) and every time we've parcelled these they arrive at home in a state where any further delay would mean "drinking" ice cream instead of eating it.

That said, try it out once . You might actually like it (something close to a milk shake)!

The Ebony Rs. 601 per person deal (an all inclusive price with no hidden charges) is still on (every friday, saturday and sunday) ... 29th is a friday so it is also a possibility. The catch with their buffet is that beverage service closes at 10pm.

Buy one thermocole carton (should be worth < 100). Pack some ice in it from home and dump the ice cream in it for take away from Naturals ... do you remember the ice that wednesday at Greenlands terrace party ... it was in a thermocole box worth 25/- which I am using for the past 12 years.

Spar : When you buy ice cream or fish from Spar, they pack it in crushed ice and that helps it to stay without a fridge for an hour very easily.

Also, a breaking news ... Spar will soon open an outlet at Ashoka Metropolitan Mall on the Junction of Road No. 1 and 12. Those who cannot make it to their Begumpet/Somajiguda outlet can enjoy the shopping expereince in the Banjara Hills outlet which I am informed is going to be huge and spread over 2 floors.

I have taken the ice cream family pack box from the Banjara Hills Naturals outlet till Uma Nagar in peak traffic times w/o any issues.
IIRC the trip was almost 30 mins long.

Landed at this place Sunday evening for a quick dinner.
Service - He took 45 minutes to serve with only 2 customer present.
Quality - Very average food preparation. Has some 'combos' which would serve office crowd.
Price - general range of Rs 100-150 per dish. Neither VFM nor niche in terms of taste/ ambience.

Verdict - Will never go back there again.

I love this ice cream and half a box in one sitting sure feels nice.

This is what saddens me. These fellas are not consistent at all.

I visited their Himayathnagar outlet maybe a month ago and i was very happy with their quality.

Those days of eating icecreams in tubs are gone. Now its more like a scoop or better would be 1/2 a scoop

Team-BHP discount hasnt found its way into chinese cuisine yet

But, if you find BBQ Nation and IndiJoe wont be special on your birthday then let me warn you Grand Wok is definetly not a place for a special occasion. Its just an above average chinese joint.

Special Restuarants for me would be following ( due to they being expensive and having good ambience) :

a) Zafraan Exotica/Nirvana
b) Waterfront
c) Ohri's Serengiti
d) Mainland China
e) Kebab Factory

All said and done, recommend you go to Sholay and avail Team-BHP discount (20%) and you will enjoy their superb food, decent ambience and damages should be in your budget

OT: Punjabi by Nature has shut down ( good riddance) and Yellow Chilli is looking for buyers ( Would be a relief for Hydeez foodies)
