Alto Diesel in online advertisments?

I was checking my mail and was shocked to see this

Now someone who sees this and is not well informed will rush to the nearest dealer and ask for the diesel version

Also i see the Same ad but for a Diesel Santro as i am typing this.

Its a trick by advertisers to ensure click. Just imagine if the advert was for santro petrol. Will you click it? But with Santro diesel, there is bound to be clicks.
Many websites use misleading meta-info and titles to get more eyeballs

mura, you might want to blur all that personal info. You might need help from the mods since you are a newbie
