ANDROID DEVELOPERS REQ.,

1) Develop companion apps for Druva's products that run on all devices.
2) Thoroughly test apps with all supported Druva products, ensuring backward compatibility.
3) Design server side APIs for new features.
4) Analyze apps for memory consumption, performance, responsiveness etc. using eclipse and other analysis tools.
5) Co-ordinate with the QA and documentation team. Discuss new features, write functional and API specification documents, design test cases, write automated tests.
6) writing review notes, creating and uploading screenshots, releasing builds etc.

Required skills/experience:
1) At least developed couple of app’s which are registered in the App Store.
2) Having good programming skills, analytical and problem solving skills.
3) Knowledge of Java, Eclipse.
4) Experience debugging (DDMS perspective) and handling memory management and performance issues.
5) 'Exposure to Android development is added advantage."

At Developer level, you don't get WFH. Not even laptops

Upper you go, Work from home is not that Exotic as it seems to be. I am working till now

Most of the time 13-15 hours a day and weekends too. WFH is more of a necessity than privilege.

Lol, the fabled work-life-balance..

Btw, i partially agree with your comments on W(ork)F(rom)H(ome). Though its not a norm, it can still be negotiated while joining. I know about some live examples. Also WFH is not always a pain (read between the lines here please ), if you ask me.
