Huh, Samu san I am confused? Nicked means stolen. So how is it different?

Missed it.

And wicked mind you have. You had three options to fix it and you chose that way so that " it is the least obtrusive when i put my foot down. It might look as if the filter is being pulled up by the clamp but in reality the filter is just resting at it's natural angled position looking at the nut who owns it? "
