Some pics from a recent trip to Kodagu - used the transfer case after quite some time.
Even after 6 years of ownership, I never miss an opportunity to click my DICOR :) Always feels like the first photoshoot. It indeed is an ageless design :thumbs up

Will do that in a while. Unfortunately I could drive it only for 1,800kms till date as I had to come back to our office in middle east. There are many pros to quote and for cons, I don't see any except on the aesthetic aspect. I do miss the 'spare wheel on rear door' often!
Wonderful thread. Just a suggestion for the posters. If you want to mask your plates, do it neatly. Use the same shade of white as the plate to erase the numbers on put something else on the plate (like the TBHP reviews). After taking so much trouble to click such lovely pictures don't ruin them with shoddy masking of the plates.
It has been quite a while having put up Safari Dicor VTT pictures out here, but then as I take out the folders of travels done in the last couple of years - it has been a truly 8 years of Safari Dicor travels across many and varied lands.
8 years and close to a quarter-and-a-lakh km [around 80% of it along the Himalayas] ---
Still you can't keep it much at home...
Still taking the desert and cold with ease..
Still looking out for unknown lands and tracks...always been..
Still forgetting that it is a 2-tonnner 2wd.
Still roaming here and there..
Still munching distances as it has always been..
Still very much part of the "wandering" family.
Took delivery of my Storme VX on 2nd Jan 2016. Will post my initial impressions about the vehicle soon.
Only peaks that matter are the ones you reach...

If not for the storme, it was a pretty dull day at the beach.
A few pictures of my recently acquired Safari Dicor 3.0 4x4. Got the bumpers and cladding painted and then did an interior cleaning and exterior polish.

Well, well! Looks like this thread needs a rejig! Here is a pic of my DiCOR from a recent drive to the Western Ghats... looks (and runs) as good as new after 7 years of wonderful ownership.
I always wanted to add my contribution to this thread for the past 8 years. Anyway my loyal stead in various places here.
