If there is ONE team that can lose this match, its KKR.

And I hope that happens

Warne and Botha, their best bowlers have just bowled 3 overs between them. And Henderson, who is a T20 specialist is yet to bowl. RR just might win this

To be honest Uthappa is not as good as he is made out to be. Problem for RCB is that there is no good local replacement for him.
Also there is some rule according to which you need to have certain number of local players (belonging to the catchment area of the franchise). So they have to include Uthappa in the team.

Why do you think so? Why don't you give credit to the team that played well. Delhi were taking it easy yesterday, even Sehwag mentioned it in the post match conference. Fixing matches is not as easy as it sounds. One or two players can't make much difference. To fix a match the key players need to be involved (Captain, main batsmen/bowlers), which according to me is unlikely to have happened.

@grvanand
a fixed match will not go into last over, as the result cannot be guaranteed then. Matches are going to last over because of the closeness of teams this year.

What i meant is IPL itself has planned the result of yesterday's match . Bue nevermind it was just my opinion.

KKR has won . Mangal Pandey played a gem of an innings

@Silent- Anyone will do. Utthappa anyways scores ducks!
RR is out, Lesse if Punjab can do it now.
Chennai will be breathing easy being in semis so might be a bit lethargic and Punjab can cash it in. Yuvi needs to come good in this one.

Sorry to break in. Whos Atul Sharma? Seems to be a super fast bolwer. Headlines Today, the news channel, is going all gaga over him and his training routines and stuff. Any performances, figures, numbers yet ?!

EDIT: Congrats to the KKR team and fans. Defenders are out, thats big, really big.

They must be hoping that he comes good someday, like he did in one match.

If Punjab lose today, tomorrows matches will be inconsequential.
If Punjab win, DC vs RCB is like a quarterfinal.

I am hoping for CSK win so RCB can play without any pressure tomorrow

RR have done a favor to CSK....by bowing out.
That takes pressure off Chennai which may be good for them today.

Any speculations on the last two spots now.

DC and KXI or KXI and RCB or RCB and DC

CSK are taking this game lightly, Punjab is going to win today. No Hayden/Morkel. They could have atleast played Ntini today.
