It is there just opposite to Russel Market Entrance, it is a small one. Just stand in the Chowk(circle) and you can see.

Yes Rohan, It's part of the same group.

I understand they also have outlets in Koramangala & Jayanagar in addition to the one on Residency road.

Missing Hyderabad like crazy

One more Hyderabad fix (originally a Hyd chain as claimed) is 4 seasons on 100ft road Indiranagar just before KFC. The biryanis are good there as well. Not sure if this was mentioned earlier

Albert bakery - Frazer town - Mosque road (diagonally opposite Mcdonalds, Next to a chemist shop)

I recently tried khoa muffin and its simply mouth watering. At Rs 75 a piece, this chapati sized, fried and stuffed with khoa is simply delicious. Sweet and salty at the same time.

Will be trying the chicken / mutton patties next time.

Update on the location, i went today evening & the Hotel Empire seems to have shut down or under renovation. This paan shop is just next to the sweet stall opposite the main entrance to the market. (Corner shop)

(There is a large white banner with 'Hyderabadi Haleem' on it, cant miss it )

The taste is the same as it has been, it was a pleasure !!

I bought one plate last evening and it was decent in taste.

Try their Chobe ka naan, Chicken and Mutton Samosa's also.

Choba means grated coconut.

Haleem is primarily made of mutton, now you also get Chicken and beef Haleem also.

BTW-Last evening i had Chicken Haleem from Zaoq and the Hyderabadi food stall.

Zaoq was much better in terms of taste.

BTW-The hyderabadi food stall is also offering mutton,chicken biryani and patthar ka gosht.

Found a recipe for poori style.
Zaiqa » Blog Archive » Puran Poori and Chobay ki Poori

But you also get them in a naan style and they taste very good.
In fact when I am driving long distance, I keep these in my car. Excellent stuff to eat during a quick break.

Quadra - since i eat all types of food, im really not sure whether its mutton or beef ! Silverwood had been to the place i go regularly & he reported that its beef, so in case you prefer mutton/chicken then you wil have to search for an alternate !

Ive visited almost all the stalls.Infact Zaoq also has a stall in opp the Mosque where they sell Haleem. (Chicken & Beef).Try Khubani ka meetha at Zaoq, mind blowing stuff.

The other stalls in line are from Savera, Biryani Ghar, Zaika,Taj et all.

Shall we plan a Haleem meet.?

I had to gulp down an egg chicken roll at the office cafeteria before i reply here. The main culprit was the recipe of chobay ki poori posted by bblost. The mere thought of eating chobay was so intense that i had to eat something light immediately.

Good food or mere thought of good food sometimes makes me really happy, a feeling that everything is all right. Anyone else feels the same?

So now my to-eat list looks like this: (everything is a priority 1)
Chobay ka naan @ ablert bakery
Mutton khoa muffin @ albert bakery
Chicken / mutton Haleem @ Zaoq
Khubani ka meetha @ Zaoq
Chicken / mutton samosa @ Albert bakery

Regarding Patthak ka ghost, did a bit of googling,
1) Can it consist of chicken / mutton ?
2.) Is it really cooked over a stone here?

Haleem meet? Les do it. I am free on Sunday, 30mins max maybe.
