3lacs? Thats more than my budget. I was looking for something less may be around 50-60k plus some restoration cost.
TBhpians, please let me know what can be the price range as I am totaly not aware of the cost for such cars.

Thanks
Ashok

Check out in Kerala.you might be lucky enough to find a beetle cheaper.I think another option would be to ask your friends or relatives living in small towns to look for one in their place. In cities like bangalore people buying these vehicles would be people with a higher disposable income. So it would cost you more in here. Also check out in garages where they repair older generation vehicles. Those people might know people owning the vehicle and could put a word across to them. There is a good jeep workshop in New byappanahalli. While coming from mg road towards indiranagar on old madras road, when you see 80 feet road and ressuruction church on your right hand side come a little ahead and take a left. The layout is called new byappanahalli. There is a bakery down the road on the left.Ask there for jeep workshop.Just walkable from there. As far as i know they r quite helpful and reasonable.Try checking out there....

ok let me give it a go when you exit lingaragpuram flyover that is you are going towards the ring road continue on the road a little down you will find a institute for speech and hearing on your left and a international airport link road road sign in the road where the road splits into two take the right a little down the road you will find a petrol bunk on your right continue on and you will find a road going to your right but continue on down and stick to your left you extreme left and you will find it to your left in a small gully and you should see a beetle parked there and that is your garage. hope this helps

I spoke to this guy ages ago. There are no papers for this car. Hes been advertising everywhere. Also there are many mods on this car in terms of body fittings etc as can be seen from the frontal pic.
