LEGO introduces new F1 cars set for $27 each with surprising attention to details According to reports, Formula 1's longtime partner LEGO has unveiled a new F1 set, featuring cars from all F1 teams - for the first time. However, what is more interesting is the attention to detail on each of the cars, making all 10 LEGO pieces as accurate as possible to the respective F1 cars they are based on.
During the product announcement, popular F1 host, Will Buxton showcased some of the differences between the pieces. He stated how the floor fences on the Mercedes LEGO model were completely different to those on the McLaren. He also mentioned the differences in the side pod design between the Mercedes and Red Bull, the presence of an engine fin on the Mercedes and even the difference in the DRS activators.
The most exciting part of these aerodynamically accurate LEGO pieces is that each of them costs just $26.99. The new sets are part of "Speed Champions" in the LEGO x Formula 1 Collection and are said to go on sale in early 2025.
