How about driving a multi mode transport vehicle (car ??) that can fly at low height and float on water. A 500 BHP and 100 KM/ Litre does not feel bad, can that be hydrogen ?

This is too futuristic for me. may be 25 years from now we may have such a technology advancement. I will be satisfied if we have a commercially viable hydrogen fueled car which can do 0-60 kmph in 5 sec.

Lets see what the auto companies have to offer in ten years. With the way things are going we will have loads of choices to make.

I certainly wouldnt want to drive an exotic here considering the traffic situation we might see in ten yrs. I acknowledge that with increase in population of vehicles, we might have better roads and flyovers etc, but insane drivers is something that would just put me off from taking the risk of driving an exotic.

So i would probably have a nice RWD jap car churning out decent power for the occasional drifting sessions and for regular trackdays. But who knows... i might not even be around...

Yes @planet, possible ... am taking real good care of her for you

10yrs .. too many options. When I was in school (class 5/6) I remember wanting to grow up and own a Jag.

10 yrs hence ...
Maybe a hothothot+pete'd diesel Hatch.
Or a diesel Grand Vitara.
Or a 325i.
Or a Porsche - Boxter will do thank you.

Or if those don't materialise I could always explore car pooling options with all you wonderful guys in those mean machines you'll be getting post 2017

Wow. That can be drawn to 2 conclusions; You,

A) Would only be travelling via chauffer driven means of transport like a decent 7 series or Maybach...OR,

B) Would be flying...personal jets....

I'd like to change my options please. I'd love to be puttering around in a self-"driven" Harrier, thank you.....

I would die a happy man if I get to pilot an SR-71, once.

Aaah. Dreams. Pretty things.

If things go well, I'd like to have that elusive supercharged Jaguar XJR or Porsche 911 Turbo that I've always dreamed of owning.
And yes, my old Fiat 1100 will always be there.

If everything works out well and I have the money at that point of time, I would definately want to drive a Ferrari of my own. Maybe I could get my hands on a lovingly kept pre owned F430 perhaps.

And a Landcruiser as a daily driver would be perfect. Japanese and good to live with.
