No as along as they don't overpower the engine-noise.

As long as they allow me to play my own music and have my usual sleep busters while driving... I am fine

love it when people sleep in the car.
because that is when i can actually listen to the music i want to.Else most of the time the passengers are fiddling with the stereo ,changing tracks /settings not letting songs finish etc.
during long drives i just let my passengers sleep and put some pink floyd and watch the time fly

Since I like to drive alone, sleeping passengers is a bliss.

I love sleeping co-passengers. Normally for long drives I plan them in night, so I could get the roads clear, I get a good 5-6 hrs sleep before travel, and when I drive fellow passenegrs got to sleep. By this I can concentrate more on driving, but for small trips during day time I don't mind them chit-chating..

I have no problem whether the passenger sleeps or awake. When I feel sleepy after very long drive. I park in a good restaurant and take a nap of 30mts to 60 mts depends on the type of passengers. After that nap it will cruise safely.

They annoy me only when they are asleep in the front seat on long/inter-state trips. During those times I prefer to have them buckled up in the back seat. Most of the time it's the wifey who is alseep in the front seat, and we all know you can't argue with the home-minister
