Same for me (just for running). Prior to this I used Merrell's Vapor Glove series - another set of barefoot running shoes. |
Ditto. I graduated to VFF from Merrell only. :Cheering: :Cheering: :Cheering:

Nice. Where do you source your VFFs? Mine are from Gambol. They have sometimes these amazing deals - makes sense to stock up on extras. I have a second unused pair that I got at about 40% off.

From friends / self US visits so far. Enough keep going that I never truly bothered to order for myself in India. Last one was bought in 2021 start, and opened in Dec 2023!
I've used 3 shoes in 5 years
Friends have been happy with gambol.
My next purchase would be gambol only - better support demand in India!
Has anybody ordered shoes on AJIO? Have thrown about 4 pairs of shoes in the last 4 months, all of them were about 8yrs old & I used them in rotation. Looking for a Gym/Workout shoe. Most of the better shoes from Nike/Adidas are way overbudget. My Winflo 9 which I bought last year are just about decent & nowhere near to my older Nike's.

Ajio is good. Would recommend Asics as they are more value for money. Better quality as well.
Nike and Adidas are now only good in their top tier line up. Otherwise quality for price has gone down for both brands.
All - I am looking for waterproof shoes for my trip to Iceland. Checked Decathlon but the reviews are not great.
Any other recommendation in budget space?

You may check out Wildcraft shoes, I'm suggesting but I haven't used yet. Plan to buy my next trekking shoe pair from Wildcraft.

Last year I took these (

Now I use them in Bangalore. Holding out well so far.

I used the same one as quoted by tasty911 in Iceland during their winter season. Worked like a charm.
The only thing I would recommend is, don’t use them directly on a trek. Break-in the shoes before your trip.
Was on the lookout for a pair of low key yet classy blacks - saw the Ozelias instore, tried the size 9 and 10s and felt this was one of the comfiest pairs I've ever worn. Not a lot of cushioning but somehow seemed tailor made for my broad feet.
Checked the Adidas online store and saw they a 9.5 which was a perfect fit for me! Went ahead and completed the purchase, got a 15% discount from a previous referral lol: Super quick delivery!
After trying and being disappointed with most brands, nowadays I only stick with Nike. I feel their UK12 is the best fit compared to Puma, FILA and what not. Crocs is the only other brand that runs true to its size guide.
Hi All, I am looking for barefoot type running shoes. Vibram is too expensive. I see references to Merrell Vapor on the thread but can’t figure where to try and buy in India. Any other recommendations? Budget is 4-5k max.
My son wears 13XWide US size.
What are my options to get these in India (today I am solely reliant on someone travelling from US)
