Certainly there is a season 5.

Keep referring to IMDB website. You will get all the info you need and then some!

re: The TV / Streaming shows thread (no spoilers please)

Sherlock is changed. He is not the one whom I first saw in 2010 and definitely not the one who faked his death two years ago. Looks like tracking down Moriarty's hidden network has taken a toll on him.
Anyways a good watch but not that grippy.
Season 2 has definitely spoilt me.
What are your views guys who saw the second episode.

Beats me. I fell asleep (literally) watching S3Ep1. It's like watching a good steak ruined. Completely overdone

AXN showing it same time (before?) the US is quite amazing, though. Wish it wasn't interspersed with quite so many adverts though. And the "Coming Up" teasers virtually give away any suspense that may have built up, which is most annoying.

AXN is also advertising "Elementary" as one of their "Coming Soon" shows. I caught one or two episodes of that on a flight in the summer and thought it was terrible.

Yes, we'll finish Season 3 on Jan 17 and the US broadcast starts only on Jan 19th. Finally some of that 'poetic justice' I guess.

Totally agree on the coming up snippet - it ruined everything.

Wiki article for S3E1 is an interesting read with a lot of references and trivia

Just wrapped up the second episode of Sherlock S3. Although it was better than the season premiere, this season appears to be nowhere close to the previous seasons in terms of the 'Sherlock' factor! Something seems to be amiss.

Banshee, Season 2 premieres Jan. 10th! Brutality awaits!

Agreed.
This season of Sherlock has been kinda disappointing.
Eagerly waiting for Banshee

Mod Note: Gentle reminder to everyone posting on this thread: NO SPOILERS! Direct or indirect.

Not everyone is up to date with the most recent episode or even season and saying things like "Oh I can't believe he/she did that at the end of episode XX" is not cool.

I gave it another shot and this time managed to sit through it

Still not completely happy with the episode but then realised that it was probably a tribute to the original "Empty House" story, which follows a similar pattern, and felt a little better. will watch Ep2 soon!

If you found it difficult to sit through E01, then brace yourself, because E02 is the worst episode in the entire series.

The latest episode of PoI is out after a gap of 1 month, and was pretty good. Was contemplating on starting Doctor Who for a long time, finally started watching it yesterday. Will review it soon.

I found Ep01 of Sherlock not to my taste. It felt too Hollywood-ised.
Liked Ep02 better for the story.

Announcing airing of this documentary on 26 Jan 2014. For all who have interest in the functioning of country's only tri-service academy for cadets. The Alma mater of many defence top brass, National Defence Academy is a one of its kind training establishment that achieves an amazing transformation of young sixteen-eighteen year old 'trainee' boys into a thorough bred officer, gentleman and a leader of men. Don't miss this.
Regards
Satish

Wrapped up episode 3 of Sherlock

Many surprises in store. Can't reveal anything else sadly.

Overall I found season 3 quite entertaining. Fun, mixed with the right amount of thrill.

Guessing by the success of this series, I guess it's gonna be another year until season 4 is aired :(. Sad.

re: The TV / Streaming shows thread (no spoilers please)

Hi all, I like to watch Comedy Nights with Kapil and The Big bang Theory because in both shows the actors have great screen presence and comic timing.

Thanks
