Which is your preferred device for using Team-BHP?

I don't have a desktop anymore, so first preference is laptop. Next is Chrome on Android, but I struggle with it.

It's desktop for me any day. I find browsing through app pretty cumbersome. I personally feel app has to go a long way to replace desktop usage.

Not at all surprising, general trend across all sectors. Mobile is overtaking all regular medium.

Mobile browser (read: chrome) for me, the mobile app sucks.

I have uninstalled the application and mostly use the mobile browser. Using laptop/desktop is the best way as it helps to minimize your spelling mistakes and one-liner posts.

My most preferred device is my mobile phone and it's default browser. This is because the device is on me most of the time.
However when at Office, if I could take time out, it usually is my desktop. Browsing is done in Google Chrome.

Most preferred way for me is on my laptop or desktop. The web page is nicely optimised for a full sized browser.

The app is nice and sleek but does not carry the same navigation paths as the web version. For someone like me who has a very fixed way of accessing Team-Bhp content, it becomes very difficult for me to search content on the app.

I read on the go. So only mobile for me. Team-bhp on chrome. Havnt posted much so its been only consumption for me

Desktop as long as possible. Mostly it is the desktop from day one as I check the forum while taking a break from my work that involves a desktop. Tried the app, and now using the Chrome after GTO suggested it. Must say TBHP through the mobile web browser is far better than the app. However, nothing beats the experience of those crisp reviews through the 18.5-inch screen.

I like TBHP on a Chrome book- counts a laptop. Apart from the advantages mentioned by others, my pixelbook has a 2400 x 1600 display- the images posted by users look simply gorgeous.

I read some news articles on the go on my iPhone, but I've never been comfortable using my phone for reading anything, let alone T-BHP.

I use primarily Desktop only. For replying or posting new ones, Desktop is more convenient.I read from mobile, whenever I could steal few moments during working hours!

I primarily use the mobile web browser on my iPhone. What I do is check the forum via the app. Like it shows me the latest threads and replies on my timeline. Latest updates and also via the app the threads are neatly organised. Then I search and open that thread on safari browser and enjoy reading and viewing the pics in details.
I agree reading on a desktop is more interesting but don't have access to one. So here it is- my modus operandi...

Desktop or Laptop almost always. It's interesting because I tend to use my phone a lot for even work stuff but I've never been a fan of browsing the mobile website. It's miles better than the app, but the desktop version gives the best possible experience.

I've never used an iPad for team-bhp before but it sounds quite convenient!

Also, oddly enough I really like it when I'm too busy to lurk on team-bhp because it only means that when I finally do get the time to open the website there will be several new threads - me likey!

I love this forum and will always be loyal to it. But let’s be honest, the app is awful. It’s superb on a laptop/desktop, and pretty okay on a phone browser, and downright awful on the app.

Desktop is my preferred device because mobile version needs two major improvements :
1- In review section, we need to open the first page of the review invariably as there is no option to select pages (or to go on last page).
2- If we select desktop version in mobile browser, it is too difficult to press cancel button on ads.

Voted for desktop. Ideal when reading a travelogue and also helps to get to zoom in on the features from the reviews.

Mobile very rarely, and then also only to check if new threads have come.

Voted for "Desktop" as the TBHP app is not very user friendly. I also prefer doing all my work on a desktop simply because of the convenience of a large screen and a proper keyboard.
