Happy to have added a TATA Altroz 1:20 official scale model into my collection. Its in the golden colour with all 4 openable doors. On the downside Neither the bonnet nor the boot opens. Otherwise its a well detailed model.

Insane! How can it be just PVC foam sheet !?! Truly unbelievable - the level of detail is mind-boggling. Can we see any pictures of the production process?? I want to see how someone can create magic like this.

A part of my collection.
1:87 for trucks, buses and coaches
1:32, 1:43 for Cars, SUV's and Vans
The Bruder is only one and bought it to have a feel of it.

Hi! Here is a glimpse of my scale 1:43 collection.

What's common between all these cars is that they were all the fastest production cars at some point in time. Of course the collection is incomplete in the sense that I don't have all the fastest production cars of their respective times.

Please feel free to add to this list so I know which one to buy next :P

Thanks!

Built it over a period of 4-5 days and it was an immensely enjoyable journey! Even without proper tools :D Just this kit, liquid cement (as they call it), and 3/4 acrylic colors (black, brown, white, red, yellow).

Tamiya kits are super awesome fun! I love them. I got one and built a Skyline R34 but kinda messed up the painting (being my first time). Bought an Impreza to build, which I haven't gotten around to as yet.

Think I forgot to upload the pictures lol.
Apologies for this

Three of my recent acquisitions - the Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 'TopGear Power Laps Edition' by Minichamps, the LeMans-winning McLaren F1 GTR by Spark, and the IWC Racing Mercedes-Benz 300SL by HotWheels :) .

Absolutely love that Murci. This is the 1:43, right? I have been looking for it in 1:18 for a while but have not found it. Wanted a pre-LP Murci so finally getting one tomorrow in 1:18 and in Dark Blue with yellow interiors and a manual box made by HotWheels.

What is your take on Spark? Quality and finish wise? I just ordered a 911R (again 1:18) from them which should be here next month.

Happy Collecting! :)
Rohan

And the 1:18 Hotwheels Murci is here. Sorry for the crappy pics, just wanted to share these here as soon as I unboxed. Will hopefully get around clicking better pics soon.

Hi Rohan! Yes, it's a 1:43, and it comes with a Stig figurine to boot :).

Spark's quite good. The details are spot on, but it feels a tad delicate. My F1's a 1:43. I suppose 1:18s would be more robust.

Oh my goodness, that is an amazing spec :Shockked:! My heartiest congratulations! It's quite the find.

Looking at the modern supercars, it's hard to believe that this was the fastest production car of its time!
In fact the Duesenberg Model J remained the fastest production car throughout the 1930s.

Really interesting to see how automotive technology and design has changed over the years.

PS: This model is scale 1:43.

So I'm putting together a small 1:18 diorama in the home office. First placement is this 4 piece set by Speccast. Plan to have to have two cars displayed, one on the lift and the other in the empty space.

For now, the lift is occupied by a 2001 BMW M3 GTR (Minichamps make), plan to rotate the cars on display. Maybe even spruce up the diorama over time.

Hope you guys like.
