Tried a LOT to hunt them down, but no success. A person who builds scale models told, as per RE company policy, scale models can't be built and sold. Now this is something new to me. Not sure if such policy exists with manufacturers. If yes, what all automobile companies restrict them?

That makes sense. There is one Vintage model available on international sites, the copyright to that model is probably not owned by present day RE

Well, I assume it applies to all automobile companies. you can't just make models of their cars without their formal permission. Same is true for just using their logo, let alone a whole car

Thanks, very nice model. But I'm also looking for the same, i.e. a model of my 1975 Bullet 350

Just started collecting scale models recently, a month back to be precise. I have decided to collect 1:24 and 1:64 as of now, since I have just graduated from college and am earning a GET's salary in the core industry.
My first model was Jaguar XKR-S by Bburago. Second one received today is a Porsche 918 Spyder by Welly. Next week I'm getting delivery of a Lotus Evora S by Bburago. Both are yet to be unboxed. Other than this I have a collection of 100+ hot wheels from my childhood all in storage and a 1:32 Alfa Romeo Spyder.

The Toyota Century

This car is Toyota's flagship car, above Lexus. It is sold only in Japan and Toyota makes a V12 engine just for the Century. It is used by the Imperial family, the Prime Minister of Japan, The embassies and high ranking Government officials in Japan.

In the model world, it was made by Tomica, Rai's and Kyosho in 1:64 and 1:43 scale in 2015.
Towards the end of 2015, Kyosho released a 1:18 Century in two colours - Black and Blue - in their new line "Samurai" . The Black was limited to 700 pieces and the Blue, to a mere 400 pieces. These are the only 1:18 Centurys available today and all sold out. Here is my set (1 of 400 sets possible).

" The joy of crafting "
Nina C George, Jan 22, 2016, DHNS

Latha Srinivas Tantry taught in a regular college until she decided to give up teaching altogether and took to her passion — making miniature models of airplanes, architectural wonders of the world, vintage cars and ships.

It was a decade ago that Latha first forayed into assembling models for KS Raman Art Foundation, Sadashivnagar but soon her interest grew and she began dabbling in the art of assembling these models. “Eminent scientist and expert modeller late KS Raman and my father N Sripathi, a vintage car specialist, have been my inspiration. I began on a positive note and have not looked back since,” she says.

Just got this Lamborghini Aventador. Not from a known vendor but pretty okay as far details are concerned.
