I picked up quite a few small scale models on trip to Canada recently... since it was my first trip and I was low on space, I managed to get only a few, a major part of which are going to be for my dad's HO rail setup... I did however managed to pickup a 1:64 scale of the Brewster Ice Explorer used in Jasper to explore the Columbia Ice Fields and Athabasca Glacier; Looking forward to my next trip for a bigger haul :-).

Thanks. Yes I picked up some Norscot diecasts, they are about 1/5th the price of same in Dubai... space was the only reason I didnt buy more

Anyone got/planning to get this Bburago? I so want one! Wish the headlights were more detailed though and the rear wheel looks slightly undersized for the wheel well

Recently saw this in a mall but of different make. Since the detailing was bad, I didnt buy. I am looking out for these. Will update once I get to see some good ones.

Thanks, its Minichamps but Dealer edition.

Picked this one up for Rs 375. Its 1:32 scale. Newray. Only doors open.

I like the Dodge Wagon and this is the best I could find locally.

Thats a nice truck, sadly not made by signature models who other wise have some nicely detailed models in that scale, the Hood, doors and the trunk open on those.

And since we are talking about Trucks (pickups), I thought I share my Work in progress 1941 Chevy, final assembly is going on at the moment.

Wowie, classic trucks again !

@Spitfire: nice one bro'. Reminds me of those pre-war tow trucks which the Mumbai traffic cops still use !!

@Manish: Looking good ! Did the sticker / decal on the door come with the kit, or have you created it yourself ??

The decal came with the kit, which alos includes colored decals for the indentation on wheel caps, front grill and like.
