Can't agree more. None looked scaled. But then one does not know what one might chance upon, so the trick is to keep on looking.

This car is fantastic, infact had a chance to drive one BMW 2002 (Same body style, different powertrain) in 2007 and the whole feeling of driving such a wonderful machine was incomparable. It was purely mechanical but still connected to you, very little body roll and precise steering.

Those cars, Super, are really nice. I like their little white wall tyres!! And I love that Fiat hatch back version - so common at one time in the 1970's!!!
trouble is I dont visit Bombay much anymore.

But I'm no photographer !! I use a simple point and shoot instrument - the good ol' Fuji Finepix automatic camera :)

@Shankar: I've sent you a PM on the Fiats. Btw, some years back I'd picked up a nice Standard Herald Mk-1 (Triumph Herald, actually) in 1:43, made by Corgi of UK.
Besides that, I also have a 1:43 Standard Herald Mk-2 (Triumph Vitesse, actually) made in India, by Dinky Toys India. That's from my childhood, so the model itself is a classic now !!

A 1971 Lamborghini Miura SV made by Wellys.

Its a very nice model. Nice detailing also, considering its a Welly.
Only disappointment is the RVM's are missing.

But i think the original 1971 Miura didn't have an ORVM as well.
Did an image search now and found this picture. So, guess Welly were right in excluding it!

Lovely Miura Autofreak . Where did you buy it from? The detailing on this is quite good. I saw a Bburago Miura the other day and it was absolute rubbish. Would have bought it if the quality was good. Need to look for a Welly now.

Yes the detailing on this one is good but i wish the rear engine bay opened up as well.
Only the small hatch (boot lid) opens up.

Please don't buy the Bburago Miura, the quality and detail is bad. except one door nothing shuts properly. I bought it cause it was cheap 1300 bucks was a Muira P400 (with eyelashes) and in orange color.

The Bburago one is Miura P400 and the welly one is Miura SV (there is no orange one only red and yellow). There is a difference between the two is Miura P400 has got the famous Eyelashes where as SV model dosen't have, what SV has wider rear fenders (to accomodate wider pirelly tyres), 35 ps more power and different tail lights.

In an all if you think Miura = eyelashes then P400 is the model else SV is a good buy.

For the Price (almost same for bBurago and welly) the welly is leaps and bound ahead (I did not accepted this fact earlier in forum :). Shankar sorry buddy).

Now comming to Big Daddy's both Autoart and Kyosho make Miura. Autoart only makes the SV where as the Kyosho makes both P400S and SV, so we have a choice here. Both have many colors to chose from.

But Kyosho is the choice among many collectors. Some day I will Have both kyosho models with me.

As for the Hotwheels one it is the concept car (recent one and not the original), it is 1:43 scale. The ebay link if we see closely the item location is in USA meaning huge shipment cost. Ebay india has this uncanny thing of listing some US ones in it.
