These models are very precious so pls help me out. Thanks!
Super glue is at one end of spectrum and Arelditie is at other end. Local make Cyano acrylate adhesives are good enough. Their setting time is tad slower than superglue, used extensively by model airplane kit builders and
Architectural model makers. I am using the same to build the 1936 ford (yet to complete her), I did found problem fixing chrome part on to the unpainted plastic body, else it was smooth.

great car, but i find the quality of MotorMax pretty bad.(i chose a burago over motormax just yesterday even though the price difference was around 150 bucks, motormax being the cheaper one)
bought a Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera(1:24 burago.yellow.725 bucks) yesterday!! this happens to be my first ever scale model.(the '67 Mustang GT that i posted on the previous page was a gift for my friend).will be posting the pics soon!

Superglue is not suitable for sticking chrome parts together. the chrome just reacts to the glue. i have ruined a model like that.

Maisto makes alot of ferrari kits. if you are starting out, those are excelent in making you understand how a model is put together. i suggest you buy a few
