Thats the reason I don't want it in my collection. No offence but its a terrible piece of memorabilia even though the real car is a really wonderful thing.
I wish they didnt have to advertise the car like that.

What is the reason? Just because its Signature? Or it was used by Hitler?

The fact that it was used by Hitler. I have no problem who makes the model as long as they do a good job for a reasonable price. In this case, Signature has done a good job but the model is awfully fragile.

Well, Hitler was a car freak himself. I dont think that the fact Hitler used it should make anyone hate it. I dont know what you must be thinking about Volkswagen. :)

Completely agree on the fragile part.

btw how much did it cost you?

My collection
1.1959 wartburg coupe 1:18
2. Ford KA street 1:18
3.Mercedes Benz Actros 1:32

The only two things that Hitler deserves credit for are the Autobahns and VW. Everything goes sadly downhill from there.
Anyways, I dont want to wreck this topic anymore by talking about the madman and his antics.

On the model front, I added a white BMW Turbo 2002 by Aa.

Cost me 2500!

Next on card is either the Yellow Hummer H2 or 2006 Camero Concept

Where in Bombay do you buy your models from F50? I so badly need a H1.

I get it from Model Art @ Inorbit and also used to get from a guy in Shivaji Park.

I need the H1 as well. I guess a year back so there was this Copper color H1 and also a Military H1 (dont remember)
Today, I curse my self so much for not buying it.

Here's another 'Indian' car of yesteryears that is not to be missed out....although these models I have are not Indian-made (Lledo Vanguard, UK) & are of the British (Triumph) Heralds, nevertheless are worth including!

I remember the copper and the Military H1 at Modelart. I think the Copper was a real keeper if you could get it.
