if gods-envy gets the Miura too I ll be happy - trouble with these shops is that they get very little stock each time of the really lovely cars - all they seem to have are stockpiles of the less attractive vehicles!

Lovely Miura there Shankar,
I have still not made it to Sapphire toys yet and neither have I ordered from the distributor.
As a matter of fact, received strict orders from wifey to not buy any more cars for another month.(As you know I just bought 4):Frustrati

So counting my days.lol:

@Manishalive,

Nice split window beetle. The detailing is great. What polish do you use?

And finally, why is your steering wheel resting on the front seat when the hole through which it should have passed remains vacant?

@ Siddvi & Vivek : Thanks for the compliments.

@Vivek: Nice catch, I had dismantled the car for polishing and then the forgot to fix the steering. I use the 3M liquid polish which I also use on my BIke and car. How ever I use small painting brush for applying the polish and earbuds for buffing hard to reach areas.

@ Siddvi: nice beetle there, to give you company here is my 1951 Split Window Beetle from Maisto 1:18. Was the first model I purchased. I have couple of more beetle in diffrent sizes (old and new ones).

The steering and suspension work. The seat recline, doors, dicky and boot all open. Spent more than 2 hrs of sunday afternoon polishing the beauty.

@ Ravi: Your Gangsta cars are very nice, I like those 1:32 from signature as they have good detail for their size, I have few of those from signature. And hoping that you will love the beetle. :OT how this color will look on our Fiat's.

And thanks for the free publicity for sapphire on T-BHP, all the models of Muira by Welly were sold out bye the time I went to check them. Bye the way the quality of these have improved many folds.

Thanx Manish, will send my friend to Sapphire , Hope he gets one for me...

Some Comparison Statements and Put a spoiler and an Endcan on the 318i. Also, one of my first models, The old Jag XK120 which was languishing in my second home has had a fresh coat of Paint.

thats what I said in an earlier post
all the nice models they keep very poor stock of and all the junk they seem to have scads of pieces with them

must go there again and see if they have that XK Coupe Jag still
cheers

Santa came visiting to my house as well, although slightly later as compared to you guys.
He presented me with gifts through my wife, and i now have an Imprezza, GTR, as well as a Defender.
