First and foremost, the pics of the HM Ambassador and the Morris Oxford which i have posted have been sourced from modelcarworld.com. As you might have realised they are die-cast models and surprisingly both of them are not made by an Indian toy car maker / scale model maker. The one which i have (I currently have it in my house in Pune so it's difficult to post a pic as of now) is a plastic one made by Centy Toys, India (1:35 scale). Apart from the cheap sticker used to denote the speakers in my toy Amby, the detailing is quite good taking the quality standard of Indian-made scale-model cars into consideration. By the way, Dippy, ur collection of scale models is really great.

You will find the Centy Toys Amby at any toy shop in your city. But for a guy of your taste (considering your humongous collection) this amby is quite ordinary. But mind you there is also a copy of the Centy Toys Amby made by Shinsei which looks very very cheap. You also get a CNG Cab version of the Centy Amby. Price: Rs.50 approx.

any takers....

Thanks Beeman, I am currently busy in my studies and will be free in the true sense only after six months. I will PM you as soon as I am free. I hope it's ok for you....

Here are the pics of the Amby of which I was talking about:
By the way it's of 1:32 scale and not of 1:35 Scale.
The car looks definitely better than what it is in the pic.

CNG Cab Version

Pics of the Mahindra Classic and the Mahindra Armada I was talking about. I found a white armada but believe me a silver Armada with a multicoloured graphics looks much better.
1:35 Mahindra Classic and 1:40 Mahindra MM540

1:40 Mahindra Armada

Those are some beautifull cars...
i wish they were in my fav scale of 1/18 though.....sigh

Is it possible for you (and all Bhpians for that matter) to help me in searching for more pics? I have found more pics. Will post them soon....

I have those Jeep Classic, Mahindra Armada, Mahindra Scorpio and MM540 DP at home in my showcase.
Ps:..I have a silver coloured Armada model

salil i found all those 1:43 diecast cars on the ebay US site including that Amby, Swift, Fiat 1100, and the 1:18 Tuscons, Corollas, Palios, Adventures, and even dealer 1:18s of the CRV and Civic

@Stratos. Can u post the pics of the Scorpio and even the rest of the collection of Mahindras?

@Dippy. Do post pics if u acquire them. Atleast for the next six months, i do not intend to buy any other model coz recently i just bought a 1:18 Merc CLS.

By the way, what was the Premier 118 NE known in other countries? I guess it was Fiat Lambda or Fiat 1300. Please clarify. It would help me in searching for more models

ok here's a pic of the chinese brand honda civic 1/18 dealers edition,,,,,
pretty damn good if i say so myself....

another picture of the civic

Nice pix Beeman.
Can u please clarify what does "dealer edition" exactly mean?stupid:

Get what? Scale Models of Indian Cars. If yes, most pics posted in this thread by me have been sourced from modelcarworld.com and
model-car.com . All of them are for sale online but none of them are Indian sites. I don't remember the exact domain names of the sites mentioned above so use google to reach to the required website. Look elsewhere in the thread for a link to Model car world.

Here is my Scorpio:

The Jeep Classic

Silver Mahindra Armada: (Its parked infront of the AC Cobra)

Mercedes E320 (not exactly Indian, but was once sold here):
