An Update on something That I am doing. My Lambo Murcielago came to bombay after ages. and it looks plain boring in that metallic green. So i have dismantled it and will be giving it an all new fresh coat of paint. Its going BLACK. but not matt black.....

Wow. The packaging is well thought out. How do you get them and how much do they cost?

Loved the M6. Can't wait to see more pics of the 335i with the folding roof.

back to this thread after a while. Took some pix of the mustang GT i have.

Isn't that a Maisto 1:24? What do you think of the rear wheels set deep inside the wheel arches? That was my only complaint with that particular car when I saw it in a shop. Am I seeing 'something' on your rear left wheel arch ?

Cyrus,

Can we have a pictorial update on the progress if you aren't very particular about safeguarding your trade secrets?:D

How about a one off paint job and a body kit (atleast the spoiler) akin to the LP670SV or the EDO version??

yes it is a maisto 1:24
well, i didn't buy this. it was gifted to me and hence didn't get a chance to see the wheel set deep inside.
the 'something' on the wheel arch was always there. its a permanent stain of some kind. again, since it was a gift, i barely had a chance to check before buying.

I've got more pix of my harley Davidson, VW Touareg and the charger R/T.
all coming up.

If you are planning to buy Veyron (1:18) from Modelart, then its of 8000 bucks.
You wont be able to get rest of the models.

I think you should go for 1:43 scale models(they are highly Detailed), because 1:18 are of 5000 bucks each.

But you wont get Porsche 997 GT3 & Aston Martin DBR in 1:43 scale.
1:43 scale models range is from 945-1600 bucks. They are cheap & can seriously increase your collection in your specified budget.

I have become a fan of 1:43 scale models from Autoart
I just bought:-
1. 1:43 Lancer Evo IX Rallyart from Autoart.
2. 1:43 Mercedese SLR from Autoart.

I hope this might be of some help to you. :)
