Finally!!! I'm back from a long hiatus. Been busy with stuff and never seemed able to login, but, finally managed to get back.

I realise I have missed alot, but here is one of my new babies, to get my car rolling again:). Putting this up first as it is the pride of my collection, the other models will be uploaded once i am able to re-organize myself.

Do let me know your opinions.

Oops, my bad. I put the scale in the title but forgot about the body.
@Traction - it has about 1300+ individual parts and is awesome. It has a shelf entirely for it... I think well deserved too:)

Does anyone have any Matchbox, Corgi, Tomica, Majorette models made in 70's and 80's ? I know I have a few(maybe 40 - 50) of them lying around . Anyone ?

Ghost_rider, please post the pics from your collection.
I used to have a lot of Matchbox and Majorette models as a child, but over the years they got displaced, or damaged, and i have no idea where they are at all now.

Would love to see some from your collection.

@ ghost_rider
I have many of Tomica's from 80's.
Any thought in your mind ???

Hi all,
As I have told you that Hotwheels has came out with a Ferrari Collection which includes following 5 cars -

2. Ferrari 355 Spider
3. Ferrari 456M
4. Ferrari 355 GTB/4
5. Ferrari 550 Marnello
This pack is available for Rs.399/-
Just go for it !!

Hi all,
Matchbox has also came out with an exclusive commercial vehicle scale models.
I have seen Mercedes Actros Cement Mixer, Kenworth Trailer & International Truck.
Price is little high, Rs.299/- each.

Can anyone please tell me where can I get the matchbox Classics & matchbox Yesteryear collection models in a good shape in Mumbai ???
@ Cyrus43 : @ Gift Centre, there is not a single Matchbox Classics.
I have visited Gift Center with a tbhpian salilpawar1.

There wont be any new cars at Gift Centre for some time now. Apparently there is some holdup at customs or some order that has been passed which affects imported toys. Somehow scale models are considered as toys. The ban is expected to be lifted in about a month or two and it will take roughly the same amount of time for the new shipments to arrive.

Why not just ebay them? Shipping shouldn't be too much on cars of such a small scale and you have access to a lot more.

@ khanak,
can you just provide me a link for those Matchbox Classics on ebay or amazon ???
I have searched a lot on internet for buying them, but my search is totally in vain.
